Tracking / Shipping Time
- We endeavour to deliver within 3 days in Ireland 7-10 days UK 7-11 days Scotland and Islands, during busy periods this can extend by a day or two. Allow us 1 to 3 days to prepare an order and dispatch.
- For smaller parcels we use GLS/Parcelforce UK and for pallet deliveries we use The Pallet Network Ireland/UK.
- When your order is dispatched it is the customers responsibility to track the goods and liaise with the appropriate transport company to arrange delivery.
- When parceled goods are dispatched the customer will receive by email tracking information on the dispatch day. Expect delivery next day in Ireland, 7-10 days later UK, 7-11 days Scotland and Islands.
- When goods are sent by pallet, the morning after dispatch we will email a consignment number and contact details for the local Pallet network depot. Expect delivery that day in the island of Ireland, 7-10 days later UK, 7-11 days Scotland and Islands.
- When ordering more than the stock amount shown on a product page, please allow an additional 3-6 weeks for restocking. For handmade encaustic cement tiles and zellige tiles please allow an additional 10-12 weeks.
